Refund and Cancellation Policy for ServiceConnect  

At ServiceConnect, we are dedicated to providing you with reliable and high-quality repair and maintenance services through our platform. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and cancellations or refunds might occasionally be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund or cancel a booking made through the ServiceConnect mobile app or website.  

 

Cancellations  

 

1. Unavailability of Provider  

   - You can cancel any booking free of charge until the service provider accepts it.  

   - To cancel, open the ServiceConnect app, navigate to your booking details, and tap "Cancel Booking."  

   - If you cancel before the provider accepts your booking, you will receive a full refund of the service fee for advance booking services.  

 

2. Provider Unavailability  

   - In rare cases where a service provider is unable to fulfill your scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you have the following options:  

     - Reschedule your appointment: We will assist you in finding a new appointment time that suits your needs.  

     - Cancel your booking and receive a full refund: No cancellation fee will apply for advance booking services.  

 

Refunds  

Refunds will be processed into the user’s wallet for services booked under the advance payment method.  

 

The following situations are not eligible for a full refund:  

- You cancel your booking after the provider accepts it.  

- You are dissatisfied with the service quality, but the provider completed the job as described in the app.  

- Minor inconveniences or delays occurred during the service.  

- You requested changes to the scope of work after the provider arrived, which may have resulted in additional charges.
